I dunno what to do anymore

Me and my partner have been together nearly 2 years we have a 7 month old baby ( yes we had her quickly) we live together and have for over a year ( done that quickly too) since having our daughter things have changed between us and I’m not sure if I want to be with him anymore he doesn’t help with our daughter and I feel like a single parent. We argue a lot and I just don’t know what to do anymore
