Any advice ladies

So I thought I was 8 weeks and 1 day when I went in for my ultrasound on Friday but tech measured 6 weeks 2 days she said seen a little baby tiny tiny she said my doctor should get ahold of me and most likely have me come in for another ultrasound in a couple weeks I haven’t heard anything from my doctor should I be concerned I’m thinking of calling around 1-2 pm just to ask about my ultrasound and see what she thinks and ask if I could have my hcg levels tested again to make sure everything is going good until other ultrasound
