Smelling discharge

I’m 9weeks with my second baby, the thing is that I’m seeing a yellowish unpleasant smelling discharge and it smells really bad, I didn’t encounter such thing during my first pregnancy, i want to be sure if it’s safe or I should see a doctor. Any mom please???
