Miscarriage at 5-6 weeks

Ok so I got blood work done for the third time last Friday, my levels starting oct 30 was 41, then two days later 97, then three days after that it was 560 on Friday. So Saturday night I went to the er for right side pain, they did blood work and did an mri cuz they thought it was my appendix causing pain. It was inflamed but not bad enough to remove it. My hcg level went down to 106 in 24 hours and I had red blood on Friday but no clots and since then I’ve had dark brown spotting but never any clots. I know I for sure miscarried but there hasn’t been clots or more red blood. Is it still coming or is it done?! On my papers when I got discharged it said miscarriage complete. They did a vaginal ultrasound at the er also so I’m assuming there was no tissue or anything in the ultrasound. This morning there was hardly any brown blood so I’m thinking everything passed and it wasn’t a lot since I was only around 5-6 weeks? Any input would be appreciated. Thank you!
