Breastfeeding

So I had my babe 6 months ago. I started my period back in July. I have had a regular period since then maybe a day or two early. Before having my baby my periods were hard cramping and normal flow. Now there is no warning signs at all just bam im here no cramping and still a normal flow.but this month i am 2 or 3 days late. And my milk supply is super low. Im an over supplier and never had any milk issues before now. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else.
