Mommy issues

Hi everyone! My daughter is 5 years old and does not listen, and is very sassy she wants to be in control of everything and whines every time she does not get her way! I find myself having to repeat myself many,many times and I lose my temper and yell and then she starts whining. She whines about everything. Also I work. A lot I feel like I am being a bad mom. I feel like I am not giving her enough time but when I try to play with her or watch movies all she wants to do is play games on my phone I don’t know what to do someone who has children can you please give me some advice I am stressing over this
