Just left the hospital

So I kinda knew not to get my hopes up, every time I wiped I would check for blood , everything was going fine and then I got home for work, wiped and there was blood.

Went to the hospital and they said my blood work came back negative, so either I got 10 false positives or the egg just didn’t plant right. They told me to follow up with an OBGYN next week to get my levels checked .

I took 10 test, TEN, 3 different brands, all clear ass positives .

How could this happen 😫

I’m bleeding like a normal period now 😞
