Fell face first

My Son and I were walking outside and he started moving a little too fast and he tripped and fell face first onto the pavement there’s redness and a little bruising right now on his forehead what do you guys recommend I do to avoid any pain or discomfort or anything from bruising up heavily

he’s never fell this hard before and I’m truly panicking because I don’t want him to be uncomfortable or in pain

There’s no blood and we’re back inside and he’s walking and mumbling fine not acting different in anyway but I just want to make sure he’s going to be okay
