Multiples based off hCG?

My hCG levels 48 hours ago were 94. Now they’re 334. They more than doubled, which I’m ecstatic about being that I had an ectopic a few months ago. Based off ovulation, which was confirmed via bbt and opk’s, I will be 4 weeks tomorrow. In the next 48 hours I’m assuming my levels will double again to over 600, which that would put me at the 5 weeks bracket.... but I will just be starting the 4th week? 
Probably over analyzing it 🤦‍♀️ but still curious. Anyone else have high hCG in the beginning of pregnancy and still only had 1 baby? We have a 10 month old baby girl and don’t know if we can handle twins. 😅 that would be 3 under 2 in diapers. 😳

Doubtful. Mine was in the 450s at 14dpo... one baby.

When I was 4 weeks, my hCg was 1,500. At 6 weeks, my hCg was over 15,000. I’m having one baby.

There’s probably no need to worry - hcg levels vary a lot. I had twins and had normal to slightly high hcg levels but I’ve seen many women on here have very high levels with just one baby.

At four weeks four days mine was nearly 5,000.

Those aren’t high hcg levels at all. That’s normal.

That chart is just a range. Hcg levels have such a high range of numbers, those are normal numbers for where your at.
