Could I sell these baby blankets?

I finally got the hang of my sewing machine! I really want to go to the local farmers market & sell some of my creations, but I’m not sure these are good enough!

I like them but I’d just be sure they are cute baby specific patterns on one side & them a solid neutral color on the other for marketing purposes.

Here are some examples for selling them and making them stand out as retail. These are items most will buy for a gift for others so it is important it looks like a gift. We rarely buy these items for our own children. Best wishes.

So I make these and give them as gifts. I pair them with matching burp cloths. They are a huge hit and I have been asked to be hired to do commission work. I honestly never do the commission work though as I just enjoy making them for friends and family.
So yes you could sell them. I suggest maybe making burp clothes that match too. Also wrapping them by rolling and tying with a ribbon 🎀 makes a huge difference on presentation.
I also agree with the other comment on the first one is the best fabric match. I suggest looking online on etsy to see what is top selling for styling options. Best of luck.

You could totally sell them, and as a person who does make and sell items, the trends are currently leaning more towards not being overly babyish in the prints, but more neutral. Minky is also very common. Esty or Shopify are the best places to look for general ideas. If you are want to sell things for the long term, you’ll need to look into a business license with your state and what their compliance requirements are.
