I shaved

Okay, I usually get Brazilian wax but this time I decided to shave myself cause I couldn't afford the Brazilian wax. That was a couple days ago to maybe week and now my hair is growing back all stubby and itchy and now I have a small white pimple like on my lower part of vaginal lips (tmi) and it hurts when I wipe, and when my underwear rubs again or as of now my sweat pants. What do I do to drain it or make it hurt less? It's really annoying and idk if this right group to post in
