How do you make $24 last two weeks?

That's all the money I have left for groceries this month. If need be I can dip into my emergency funds, but that's already only $200ish. It's only me and my man

First step is to stop all the extra stuff right now, cool with what you have in the kitchen...make it work, no one needs to go buy unnecessary stuff right now, no Starbucks or fast food or anything like that. If you need food check out a food bank or ask someone if they can help you out. See if there’s anything you don’t mind letting go that you could sell on Facebook/let go/Nextdoor/Craigslist (don’t sell anything you don’t want to) if you buy lunch at work take lunch with you. If you have to check out a food pantry for this month. If you do go to the store buy what you can afford and make it work. Don’t splurge. Think about think can can be enjoyed for a longer time. And make sure to look to see what you have and set what meals you’ll have before shopping. 
Alright now look at what will be going through your account in the next two weeks and if you can get rid of it. That could be Netflix, Disney plus, postmates unlimited, Xbox game pass, playstation plus, etc and cancel them. You can add them back when you can afford them. 
Next is to keep a transaction sheet with the budget that shows how much is going out each time to really keep an eye on it. 
Final step is to look at your account and see how you got here so it doesn’t happen again.

Ramen, tuna, bread, pb and jelly, canned foods.  Look at what you have in your pantry. Most times there is something there that you’ve been missing and just needs one thing to prepare. Make sure you buy things that will last multiple meals and be creative with it. Make a plan and use coupons to try and make it stretch.

I couldn’t personally but good here is expensive as hell (Ontario) you will probably have to get buy on pasta or ramen honestly. Pasta is a good option. It’s about 5$ a can but the noodles can be as cheap as 2$. Then I’d get bread and eggs for breakfast
