Wisdom teeth

I’m literally crying in pain rn my mouth hurts so bad. I took an 800mg ibuprofen around 5:30-6pm it didn’t work. So my cousin bought me Tylenol extra strength the dentist recommended. It’s about 9:41 pm how long should I wait to take it. The pain is literally unbearable. My wisdom tooth looks swollen and my my tonsil is the shape of a balloon. HELP!!
