Convertible carseats

Question

I know this asked a LOT. I've searched through most of them that I could. 
But I just can't really decide. 
I'm looking at either the graco extend to fit or a safety first brand (can't remember which model). I really kinda like the safety first one though, with graco I kinda feel like I'm just paying for the name. 
So please help me decide!! I don't want to spend an arm and a leg, but I'm also willing to pay for good quality.

I feel that since your child will be using a convertible car seat for 4+ years it’s worth it to invest in the nicer car seat. I’m not a fan of safety first, but Graco is okay. My parents have a Graco Extend2fit for the grandkids and I like it, so does my son. Generally I try to steer clear of car seats and products that use toxic flame retardants and other chemicals, so Britax and Maxi Cosi would be better options because they use nontoxic flame retardants and they’re reasonably priced. If you’re willing to spend more I love the Nuna Rava and the Clek Foonf.

I seriously considered the graco forever dlx but intimately went with the evenflo everystage dlx because could get it at a really good price. Every coupon or discount code excluded that graco car seat. I looked at both of them in the store and they were very similar.

I have this one and honestly wish I would of got the graco . The recline isn’t what I wanted and it’s really big and bulky .

Out of the two options I'd pick Graco. But I've only had Britax seats and I love them. We currently have the One4Life
