Does anybody else know about this?!?

So I had add for the first time in a long ass time with my husband and while it was great and everything I am now PMSing BUT I am wondering if it’s actually my period cause I JUST found out after having the IUD in for the last 3 years that it works like an abortion. Is this true? I def am bleeding a lot more than I normally do this time around so now I’m wondering if that’s what it is....I’m probably paranoid and idk if that’s even true but like I’m Genuinely worried.

I would love to be pregnant again honestly so if this is that I won’t be happy cause I want another kid!!!

P.s. I also haven’t gotten it checked since I got it put in due to medical insurance purposes & owing my OBGYN money so they won’t take me. Would a clinic look?!?
