TMI pic help me figure out what this is.

So I got a positive test everyday last week. I got horrible cramps this morning with some period like blood and something chunky. I still went in for my blood work that had been scheduled. I was told they were still going to check my HCG & progesterone levels. That will determine if I ever was pregnant. I don’t understand..how do I get several positive test from different brands and then this happens. I won’t get my results Uniate day or 2. But has this ever happened to you while pregnant or not, does anyone know what this is??
