hey guys! so i’m 5’5 and weigh 174 lbs. i used to weigh 110-120 lbs before i got on depo shot & my doctor recommended me to switch bc’s so i went over to the pill and he told me i’d lose the weight i gained, but i have yet to do so & im active with my work & everything! help a girl out on tips and even meal prep ideas to lose weight!
