I missed my period for about 21 days then got my period 2 days ago and Ive had severe cramps with back pain in those 2 days, this came out today along with other different shaped clots, can this be a miscarriage?

If you’re testing negative then this is not a miscarriage just normal period clot. Did you ever test? You can still test now if it’s due to pregnancy your test will show positive

It’s not a period clot, I’m 99% sure that’s a decidual cast which is basically where all of majority of all your uterine lining sheds at once. Have a little look on google you will see it’s very similar ☺️

Did you ever take a pregnancy test? 
If you’re period was 20 ish days late, that would put you at 7-8 weeks pregnant. You would definitely be able to see a fetus or a placenta or something if it was a miscarriage. 
With mine, there’s were clots but they were kind of gray/brown in color. Some bright red, but the tissue itself was different. 
If you didn’t take a pregnancy test, take one right now. 7 weeks is far enough along to still get a faint positive even if you are miscarrying.
