Depends for pp use???

Hey all! FTM here 38 weeks along, and I work postpartum as a nurse. I see quite a few moms bring depends underwear for after delivery. Honestly, it kind of annoyed me until recently because it’s harder to do assessments and check bleeding with them on (since they’re tighter and higher up). But lately I’ve been asking the patients why they chose them and people always say they work so well. They like the tighter fit and the comfort as well.

So for you all that have used them before, is it that much better than hospital underwear?? Are they worth picking up??
