IUI/LEVOTHYROXINE

Hi everyone! My partner and I decided last June we wanted to try and have another baby (yay!). My partner and I are a same sex couple, she carried our daughter first. We used the IUI method for her and she was one of the lucky ones who got pregnant her first try. I had my first IUI last June and unfortunately it was unsuccessful. After getting some blood work done and other testing to make sure ever thing is ok, my midwife told me that my TSH levels were fairly high at 3.42. Apparently when you are trying to conceive, your TSH levels should be between 1-2. They started me on a medication called levothyroxine at 25mg, six weeks later I got my blood drawn again and not much was changed, so they bumped up my medication to 75mg... six weeks later still no luck. After being on 100mg six weeks later, it was a success!! FINALLY my levels are where they should be to start trying. My next ovulation is predicted to be in the beginning of December. Is there any remedies out there or tricks to increase my chances of getting pregnant? Hope everyone is staying safe!
