Ovulation after miscarriage

Story time . So I found out I was pregnant 11/9 in the evening I had a bleed before that like a period from 10/29-11/2 could this have been my miscarriage? When I got the positive test I went to confirm a couple of days later on 11/11 I went to ER for bleeding and cramping my hcg levels were 260 when I was supposed to be 5w+4 I had a D&C procedure done that night . Would I count that bleed as my period ? I just took a LH test and looks to be positive am I ovulating already? Sorry if this is confusing
