Long post... When my boyfriend and I got together, we agreed no kids. I didn’t think I could get pregnant anyway because I tried for 4 years with my ex. (I already had a 6 year old at the time) well then 2 months later I ended up pregnant.

I told him I was keeping the baby and he can stay or leave, it wouldn’t change my decision. He stayed. He has told me multiple times he’s glad I didn’t get an abortion. And when I was pregnant, he always told me he wanted 3 more babies after this one.

Our baby is 10 weeks old now and we thought that I might have been pregnant again (but nope , my first period came) but he said he is so relieved. He doesn’t want anymore babies. He got mad at me for saying I was put on earth to be a mom. He says I already have 2 kids why do i need more? He’s been so back and forth. I just want one more. I love being a mom. He said he doesn’t even want to have sex with me anymore because he doesn’t want another baby and I am against birth control. But then he wanted to have sex tonight but we had no condoms so we didn’t.

What would you do if you wanted more babies but your partner didn’t, after already getting your hopes up about him wanting more? Why is he so back and forth?
