Small tissue like blood in first trimester?

So I had a miscarriage in July... and we got pregnant again end of September. I just had a viability scan early November and all looked good and the doc had nothing that worried her with the ultrasound. Then last night after going to the bathroom every time I’d pee I’d pass small tinged colored tissue like the size of a pea. And one large bright red tissue like substance the size of a nickel. Then had a little pink when wiping one last time and then nothing. Watched and waited last night... no blood no spotting, this morning nothing when I peed and have had no bad cramping or pains. Now I’m freaked out and calling the doc. But wondering if anyone else has had this??
