Bleeding?

Hi all

I’m 12w1d today. At 7 w I was diagnosed with a subchorionic hematoma that caused me lots of bleeding. Then the last 2 weeks it’s been very small spotting of brown blood (common and expected). Yesterday I had my 12 week abdominal ultrasound, babies (twins) looked great. Strong heartbeats and measuring right on board. This morning while walking outside I felt a lot of leakage, that I honestly thought was pee lol. But when i went back home there was a lot of bright red blood. I feel like this is such a drastic change in one day from minor brown spotting to quite a bit of bright red bleeding. I’m not having any more cramping than normal. I feel like everything is fine since I saw them less than 24 hours ago but I’m a little anxious. Should I message my doctor? What do you guys think?
