What activities are you doing with your toddlers?

My 18 month olds attention span is so short! She jumps from activity to activity and I’m burning out. She doesn’t do much independent play. She has a pikler and play kitchen but only plays with both for 5-10 minutes. 
I’m 7 weeks pregnant with my second and I’m so nauseous and sick. I need a break but my husband works.

I did a lot of laying on the floor during the morning sickness phase. He would bring me toys and whenever he was done he would go get different ones. I would end up in piles of toys by nap time, but it worked out well to only have to actually move to feed him, change him, and put him down for a nap. When he napped I'd do a real quick pick up and then nap myself till he got up. I usually handle the housework, but until around 15 weeks when I started to feel better and get some energy back, I depended on my husband to help a lot after he got home.

I’m currently 36 weeks pregnant and had really bad morning sickness when I was in my first trimester. Legit the only thing I could do with my son was put him in front of the TV 🤷🏼‍♀️ Wed both lay on the couch and we watched a lot of Disney+, read books, things like that.

My son likes to play with toy cars like hot wheels or larger cars he can sit on and ride. He'll jump on his mini trampoline too, play with his older brothers paw patrol tower, play kitchen, light up musical toys, carries around balls, cuddles stuffed animals. He's getting into interactive toys/toys with a process, such as opening a door to a toy garage and putting a car inside. I have dinosaur magnets on our dishwasher he likes to play with too.

Does she like bath time? That seems to be when I get the most time to relax i just let my son play in the bath or shower. I take a nap when he naps. I bought him an indoor slide that he absolutely loves! His room is completely baby proofed to the max so if I really can't handle then we go and play in there and I know I can lay down without any concern.

Playing outside if you can. Even if it’s just walking our yard.

Hi! My son is 18 months and 2 weeks and he likes play with: musical books(when he press the button to hear any noise), lego duplo or just usual wooden blocks, Melissa&doug magnets on freeze, balls, sometimes plays with big plastic cars, sorter, 1 part or 2 parts puzzles for small kids, loves his 15 different kinds of stones, finger paints, play doug, stickers album...And of course a young child need to spend minimum 2 hours outdoors to practice gross motor skills, so playground or forest or park works really good for that.So basically if all this staff/activities rotate and offer different activities the child will immerse in some activities more than others.
