If you had to give your employer a grade on how they have handled the pandemic, what would it be?

Do you feel like your employer is being thoughtful of any pandemic related hardship you have faced in your personal lives? Examples: kids home from lack of childcare or e-learning, leave for personal illness, flexible schedules, cleaning your work environment, encouraging healthy practices, work from home options, etc.
Keeping in mind the things they can and can’t do to keep their business running.
What is your situation, and are you feeling good or bad about your employer?

Everyone who can stay home does, everyone who needs to come in to use equipment comes in just for that and then heads out. They aren’t even considering office staff coming back until May 2021. They cut all projects down to minimally required work to continue delivering drugs to patients. We were given extra time for childcare difficulties. We are required to stay home if have even a single possible covid symptom, there are disciplinary actions if you come into work. Anyone uncomfortable coming in can switch their schedule to minimize contact with others or work from home completely. We just went back to full lab based capacity in September, but they were providing lunch each day from March until September for the people who did come in. We have been provided a stipend to build a home office. There are virtual counselors available if needed. We have our own internal contact tracing system and work on a buddy system for anything requiring 2 people so we can minimize extra exposures. We got a generous emergency responder payout. We are incredibly lucky to work for such a great company!

I work for a cyber charter so it was very easy to transition

My work is doing pretty good. We keep the office at 50% capacity so the other half work from home. My state is doing a terrible job.

I’ve been very happy with my employer’s flexibility during this time.
Should be noted I always work from home, have been for over 5 years now, and I work in that capacity for a hospital system. I have no clue what it’s like for the employees actually in the hospitals, and I think their experience is probably more important than mine.
But normally we have pretty strict hours we can work, only Mon-Fri only between 5am and 9pm. But when daycare closed I asked about my options and they told me given the circumstances we could work any day of the week at any hour of the day.

To answer my own question, I gave my employer a D because they forced people who could work remotely (and did so for months with measurable increased productivity) to come back into the office in June and try to take virtual meetings from their desk with headphones on when they could just WFH... this happening in a state that has a stay at home order because the rates are going WAY up every day. They parent shame the once who have e-learners at home and act like they are being so gracious to allow any WFH time at all, while also cutting pay and not doing temp checks.. the owner and her family walk around without masks which sets a tone.. 
The only reason I haven’t given them an F is because they didn’t do as many layoffs as similar companies in my field have been (but we were already working with a slim staff in my area).
What’s even worse is they promote themselves to the public as a company who puts family first and good values. I work for a company that is a household name and you would know it if I said it.. it’s not some small operation that’s like a start up that doesn’t know better

I'm on mat leave right now (so voted not working) but what I've heard from my co workers has been positive. I work in childcare and sounds like they've done a lot to keep staff and kiddos safe as possible and keep our quality of care as good as possible for the kids. I go back in Feb and I'm nervous, but also glad I'm at the centre I'm at.

My boss kept the salon running during lock down (behind mine and other employees back) she did our clients and had another new girl there helping her. She doesn’t think the virus is real no new cleaning rules no masks so I quit. It’s sad because I was there about 10 years and my clients were like family I didn’t even get to tell people bye. It just wouldn’t have been safe going back having old in laws and a baby.
