External Ultrasound 8 weeks 4 days

This is my first ultrasound I've ever been able to get while still pregnant. I didnt expect to see anything but there is baby! I thought I was 7 weeks 4 days but measured at 8 weeks 4 days, crazy! Praying that this pregnancy continues, this is the furthest I've gotten in a pregnancy after 4 losses. I feel like my ultrasound looks strange but I'm guessing its because it isnt vaginal, little baby is filling the top of my uterus. Anyone have any guesses for the Ramzi theory. I feel like he/she is sitting right in the middle so I cant tell at all. The dark mass to the right Is one of my ovaries. This is all so surreal.
