Exercise during TWW?
I’m suppose to start my period tomorrow. Fingers crossed I don’t lol. I *think* I got a faint positive test this morning. I had been working about and then fell sick before my ovulation. I haven’t worked out since. I’m wanting to get back into those workouts. They’re Beachbody and low impact however I’m SUPER out of shape. Do you guys think I’m okay to start working out or should I push it off until I know whether or not I’m pregnant? Thoughts?
