Lightning Crotch

Anyone else experiencing this? Mine has been happening the past couple days at the same time everyday. Around 3pm or 4pm my baby starts moving and going crazy and when she does I get those sharp pains down there and they are excruciating!!!! Is there anyway to help with them? Or do I just have to breathe through it? It normally only lasts about 30-40 minutes or until she settles down.
