please help

i’m currently in a room for monitoring at the clinic and an alarm sound just started going off and where it shows his heartrate, it’s blinking. it’s been going off for like 10 min and no one has come in to say anything or turn it off. his heart rate is between 110-120 right now unless he moves. is he okay? i’m getting worried bc i can’t really hear his heartbeat on the thing i can just read the screen. i have no call button either so i have no way of getting someone’s attention
