On maternity leave and found out I'm getting a $500 Xmas bonus. However i might not be returning back to work after. Should I feel bad about not mentioning to them that most likely I cant come back to work?
I only worked there for 3 months so however I won't be getting maternity pay. Im just in shocked since technically I'm still an employee and wasn't expecting this at all.
