I'm due January 30th with my daughter first baby and I'm petrified iv got extreme and asthma and I'm so scared that I'm ganna get so out of breath and worked up in labour as I have panic attacks when my chest is bad or I'm struggling to breathe so scared I'm going to have a horrible labour

just wanna know if anyone can suggest anything

Should I ask about a C section?

Or risk a normal birth?
