Would you send an email...

I was supposed to have a landscaper come to my house the last week of October. He came to my house, drafted an estimate & told me that he could do what I asked by the end of October, beginning of November at the latest. I called him November 1st to see what the plan was & he told me he had a fencing job that took longer than expected & he would be at my house in about a week.

Ok...no problem I get it.

Well...now we’re in the middle of November & I haven’t heard from him. I wanted to send a very forward email, but my husband is telling me not to waste my time...what you do do?
