Should I send my brother some money?

Okay we haven’t talked since like September. We got into an argument because he cursed my mom out for not sending him any money to get out of jail because hes always going to jail so this last time she refused and he cursed her out badly!

& 2 of my children birthday was last month and he didn’t even wish them a happy birthday which kind of hurt my feelings. So today he ask me for some money I was like wtf! He don’t even check on me and the kids to see how we’re doing, now he wants money! Should I send it or not?
