Beliefs on pelvic pressure determining baby size??

Question

Do you guys believe the more pain you’re in the bigger baby will be?? Currently 35+1 and the pain has gotten so bad! Turning in bed at night is a nightmare.. walking to the bathroom I feel like my whole pelvic area is
Going to fall off. LOL I know the dr said he’s head down but sh*t 😳😂😂 this is nuts.. hope he’s not huge

I’m 36+2 and baby is head down (has been for a long time) and my pelvic pressure is insane! Turning over in bed is an Olympic sport and going from sitting to standing without a baby flying out is a huge achievement 😅

I felt like my first kid was going to fall out at any moment and she was only 6lbs so hopefully not lol

The size and shape of your pelvis has more to do with the pressure from what I been told by my MD and been reading. Also the position of the baby is a big reason of the pressure. Often times if then baby is posterior the head outs a lot of the pressure on your back causing a lot of the pain. Some things to consider doing to help managing the pain  is  look into doing some pelvic exercises, getting a prenatal massage or going to a Webster chiropractor . Good luck mama.

Lol my pelvic pain is horrible at times and my daughter is approx 6lbs at 35 weeks 😄

My first baby, the pressure was terrible. I could barely walk towards the end. I also had lightening crouch soo bad with him. He came out 7lb7oz. My second baby, the pressure was present, but not as bad as my first and he came out 9lbs. 1 oz. I am pregnant with my third, and the pressure again is terrible. It will be interesting to see what she weights.

Not really. I feel you, though, my pelvic pain is maddd. My first was breech, so the pain is different this time with my boy, his head is definitely low. I also got my first really horrible kick to the ribs of either of my pregnancies, cause my daughters hands never went they high and her head was in the center.
I swear I felt my rib move.

My doctor said that the pelvic pain in the second pregnancy is always worse than the first, and that it’s totally normal. The body already knows how to react to the pregnancy, so the hormones release and all of a sudden your pelvic bones are all loosey gooses. She said “you don’t even want to know about the third pregnancy...” lol

My first baby was 8lbs and just under 22 inches long when she was born. I had slight discomfort but not very much pain. 
This baby however has been much more painful, yet my doctor had to send me for an ultrasound yesterday at 36 weeks over concerns of baby being behind on growth. 
So that hasn’t been my experience, no.
