Freaking out

Freaking out that I could be pregnant. I take a combined bc and take it three months at a time(meaning I skip the placebo month) after three months I take a break. I normally will bleed for 2ish days and this time I had one day with a few spots of dark blood and a little bit of red blood but not enough to use a tampon or pad. What the hell is going on. Is this normal? Could I be pregnant? Is a tiny bit of blood good enough to say I’m not pregnant? Has this happened to anyone else???

I’m barely sexually active 😅 but did have sex once and he pulled out. (I know there is still a risk) I’m stressing myself out. Lol I know I need to go take a test, but I’m nervous. 🙈
