Advice needed!

I’m only 20 and was just started on birth control. After two miscarriages, and failed attempts at trying to get my PCP to send me to a specialist. I’ve been bleeding for three weeks straight and for the past week, it’s been so bad I’ve been to the ER twice. After a final ultrasound this evening, my OBGYN confirmed that my PCOS is so bad, she doesn’t think I’ll be able to get pregnant. My endometrial lining was 18+. Having a family of my own is all I have ever wanted. Wednesday they’ve got me on the schedule first thing for an emergency D&C and they’re taking my right ovary. I’m devastated as metformin doesn’t work, birth control isn’t an option, and I can’t seem to drop weight no matter what I do. I’m just curious if y’all might have any other option or advice. I’m so young and all I’ve ever wanted was to be a mother. I’m absolutely devastated and I’m not sure where to go from here. I can’t tell my family without having their religion shoved down my throat, and none of my friends are here for me. Help :(
