Naturally induce labor?

Question

I know baby will come when ready but how do I get a jump start on getting her ready? I’m full term, doctor checked me said my cervix is closed but her head was right there?
Edit: also want to say I had my first at 34 weeks, but I had to be induced (al though I went in preterm labor at 24 weeks)

Walking helped me. Like I walked SOOOOOO much, nonstop haha. Walk walk walk!

Sex def broke my water but i was already 1.5 cm dilated

I was overdue and set to be induced and my nurse suggested sex(how you got them in is how you get them out) is what she said lol and lots of walking! But i went into labor on my own a few hours before i was supposed to be induced.

With my first pregnancy my daughter was right in the birth canal ready for about a month and I was still not dilated at all. I tried bouncing on a ball, walking, sex, etc. and nothing helped. I ended up being induced.
