Need some advice! 102.7 fever

So my 10 month old is running his first ever fever :( it’s started this morning around 5:45 and was 101.7, I gave him some Tylenol and it went down to about 99.1 and then shot back up around noon to 101.5 so we took him to urgent care and they checked him out and sent us home saying it was just a fever and to continue at home care... well his fever is now 102.7 and I just don’t know if I should bring him in or still watch it! That seems so high for someone so little... he doesn’t have any other symptoms and is happy and playing, drinking his bottles just has a fever... I’m a new mom and this is his first cold so I don’t know what else to do 😢
