2nd trimester nausea
I’m currently 18w2d and my nausea has come back full blown- it wasn’t bad the first time around from weeks6-8. It’s worse if I don’t get enough sleep. Sounds weird but if I wake up before 7am it’s 10x worse. I’m not puking it’s just difficult to get up and around to eat and get ready for work or just my day in general and I catch myself just laying in bed all day on my days off. Water and crackers aren’t helping. Any other tips?
