Just buy aerosol snow. It’s cheap and lasts forever. I can’t even fathom what you would do with flour or cornstarch to make it look remotely like snow 🤨

None of those work. If you want a crappy looking flocked tree you can try putting glue on a tree then shaking glitter on it. But if you really want it to look flocked you need flocking powder.
