IUD KAYLEENA

I recently got an IUD and am 20. I am sexually active so I wanted to try it instead of taking taking them pill daily! I have had it a little over a week & i feel like something is wrong. I knew cramps were a side affect but they’re severe. I am also bleeding a ton and it is super painful to the point where my legs are cramping so bad i cannot walk. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I be worried? Advice please!
