Need advice ?????

Good morning everyone happy Monday,

So basically on the seventh I found out that I was pregnant while having a miscarriage after the miscarriage had passed I had a doctors appointment talk to my gynecologist and she said I will have my period on the 26 November so some time Has passed it isNow 30 November which is the original day that my period was supposed to end I still have not gotten my period I don’t have any signs of my period and I’m trying to figure out could be possible that I’m pregnant after having a miscarriage and missing a future predicted Menstrual cycle I’m so lost and I don’t know what to do and I’m trying to get some type of advice before I make a doctors appointment
