Cycles

I had an ectopic pregnancy confirmed first week of October and was given the injections on October 5th started bleeding about 2 days later and then continued pretty much all of October.

Was told cannot try again until 3 cycles have passed.

Well I thought I had gotten my period the second week of November but here I am a week apart bleeding again.

The nurse said this is normal and could occur for another month!

Like UGHH how am I supposed to know when three cycles have really occurred? Should I get on birth control? Has anyone had luck getting on BC for such a short period of time to regulate the cycle?

Feeling overwhelmed and sort of like it still isn’t “over” yet
