Has anyone ever has spotting and intermittent severe cramps and it been ectopic? how did your symptoms start?

Answer

Usually the cramps are one sided and the bleeding is more than spotting. I know everyone can be different though, is there a reason you fear ectopic such as have you had one previously? There are a lot of cramping and spotting stories in early pregnancy that are normal but if you have history i definitely can relate to your nerves
