10dpo Cramps and Pain on Right Side

Hello. My hubby and I have been trying for 2.5 years and are diagnosed with unexplained infertility. I had my first

IUI 10 days ago, and I did Ovidrel the day before IUI. I felt period like cramps yesterday which was 9 dpo. I have continued to have small cramps, but I now have this slight pain on my right side below belly button. I don't want to get my hopes up that this is implantation because it could be a result of the medicine. Did anyone have this experience as well and get a BFP?
