Natural Inducing??? Help!!

Question

I went to L&D thinking baby girl may be coming.. Was told I was 50% effaced and 3 cms dilated. Nurse said she could also feel baby’s head.
Has anybody experienced this?
Do you think baby is coming soon?
Does anybody know of any natural inducing methods? 
Have continued to have pelvis pain and I’m ready for baby girls arrival.

Try nipple stimulation or pumping, that can release oxytocin and help get things going if baby and your body is ready.

There’s nothing that’s guaranteed to induce labor. Acupuncture, nipple stimulation, and membrane sweeps are the only things that seem to have any impact but even so, no necessarily. Unfortunately for mamas it’s just a waiting game until baby is ready or you get medically induced

Bounce on an exercise ball, walk, have sex, pump, and drink raspberry leaf tea. I know none of these are guaranteed ways but they are all natural and couldn’t hurt to try. They’re what I’m doing (well, starting next week)

I was told this over a week ago when I went in. Still pregnant and I feel like she’s gotten even more comfortable staying inside than wanting to come out 🙃
