Depo shot

Hey ladies!

I had my baby 5 months ago, I got the depo shot nearly 3 months ago, the first round.

But I’m not going back for the 2nd, mood swings, heavy titties, I’ve bled more than I haven’t, I have been eating on a strict diet and haven’t lost anything for those 3 months.

So, I’ve been bleeding for over 2 weeks straight now, it’ll be 3 weeks on Tuesday, would it be because the depo is wearing off? And my body is going back to normal?

I’m sure it’s nothing to worry about but with anxiety you can’t help but think it could be!

I also would like some advice on a different contraception - I’ve rekindled with a man I knew two years ago and obviously I don’t want anymore babies just yet and he wants us to have everything before babies, so we discussed it and thought the implant would be the safest option.

If anyone could tell me their stories I’d appreciate it, this bleeding is making me feel pants because I can’t wear my favourite jeans 😂
