Question: Birth control pill to stop my periods, PLEASE HELP!

i have really severe cramps every month (I faint, throw up, get delusional, shake and sweat a ton, etc). It is a huge inconvenience in my life. i would love to stop my period altogether.

if i were to take an extended birth control pill (so i would only have 4 periods per year), would it be ok for me to skip the placebos so i have 0 periods per year?

i am only considering the pill, i’m not interested in any other form of birth control. thank you!!!
