Best Birth Control

Hey ladies, I’m looking to get on birth control soon and am currently trying to find the best one for me. I’m planning on talking to my doctor before deciding but I’d like to get some opinions from people with first hand experience. I’d love it if I could skip my period all together... I have excruciating cramps, body aches, headaches and very heavy flow. I’d like to find a bc that doesn’t cause me to gain weight if at all possible. I’m also not inclined to go on the pill because I worry about forgetting to take it. Please let me know what you think or tell me about your experiences. Thanks!
